Privacy

What happens to your data.

Short version: I collect the minimum, I do not sell anything to anyone, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

Who is responsible

Sarah Malinowski, based in Madrid, Spain. Reach me through LinkedIn for anything on this page, including deletion requests.

What I collect, and why

If you fill in the private workshop form, I receive your name, work email, company and your message. I use it to answer you and to put together a proposal. Nothing else.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by Google Calendar, which stores your name, email and the time you chose.

If you pay for something, the payment is handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

This site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no analytics profiling.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions and standard server logs. Bookings run through Google Calendar, payments through Stripe, workshop tickets through Luma. Each has its own privacy policy and handles data on its own terms.

How long I keep it

Enquiries and client records are kept while there is a reason to keep them, and deleted when there is not. Ask me to delete yours and I will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or export the personal data I hold about you, and you can object to how I use it. Write to me and I will handle it. If you are not happy with how I do, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.

Photographs

The workshop photographs on this site are published with the consent of the people in them. If you are in one and would rather not be, tell me and it comes down.
